Order Acceptance and Billing
We have the right to decline any orders placed with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities ordered per person, home, or order. These limits may apply to orders placed by or under the same customer account, with the same payment card, and/or at the same billing and/or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to tell you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number you supplied when placing the transaction. We have the right to limit or reject orders that we believe were placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
How we form the contract between you and us
1. After placing your order, you should receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received it. Please understand that this does not imply that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us (which we may decline for any reason).
2. We will not process your purchase until we have received payment in full. If We accept your order, we will notify you by sending you another e-mail confirming that the Product is being processed and ready for shipment.
3. As soon as you place your order, we start to process it, which means you will not be able to amend it until delivery.

Return Policy for International Orders
Email admin@thosegoods.com if you're not satisfied with your purchase and we'll provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original tender. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Note: Shipping fees are not refunded for returns based on preference.
The amount of time it takes for refunds to post to your personal account
Once we receive the items back, we will quickly process your return credit. Depending on your bank's processing schedule, it may take a few days for the transaction to appear on your account. If you provided an email address when placing your order, we will notify you once your return has been received and processed.
